This is a VERY rare small 18x13 inch Single sided 2 piece construction SS flag. Flag of this size was typically displayed in locations such as police stations, barracks, mess halls, and potentially government buildings.
According to sources, obtaining one required purchasing the piece with specific measurements and having it produced by a specialized company, or even a small cottage industry.
